Weston’s Story

I wanted to share with you an interesting experience we had with Weston quite a few years ago, but it is one that I will never forget.

When Weston was about seven years old I spoke to someone who suggested that a person named Sylvia Noble might be of benefit to Weston. Sylvia owned a rock fountain store in Santa Monica called Nature’s Element, Inc. The rocks that she used for her fountains were said to be amazing and that they emitted some very unusual energies.

Upon first meeting Sylvia I was struck by her reaction to Weston. I remember that Don, me, Randal, and Weston were sitting out on her patio next to the store and Weston was lying on the ground playing with his cars. She immediately told me that Weston knew more about the energies that the rocks were emitting than she did even though she had been studying this for more than 50 years. In addition, she told me that many people would come to know about Weston and that he was going to be in books (this was a good five or more years before I even met Meg Blackburn, the author of the two books that Weston is in).

She invited us to come into her store and select a fountain for Weston. When we entered the store, Weston immediately lied on the floor and wouldn’t get up! Oh, I was so embarrassed because people had to step over him, but no matter how much Don tried Weston would not get off the floor. Sylvia was very helpful and told us that he was absorbing all the energies from all the rocks in her store and encouraged him to stay there for as long as he needed. Once he got up he began looking at all of the fountains. He was quite mesmerized by one in particular that she told me was from a mountain in aboriginal Australia and was tens of thousands of years old. To our utter shock, when Weston reached out to touch the stone, all the electricity in the store turned off! All the fountains stopped, the lights went out, and the cash register stopped working. Sylvia’s assistant immediately thought it was an electrical short, but Sylvia knew it was Weston! Well, Don and I just stood there staring at each other. If we hadn’t been there we definitely would not have believed it. We just assumed it was a problem with the fuse box, but her assistant quickly confirmed there was no problem. The electricity came back on again quickly, and then Weston did it again! This time we were a little more prepared, and the electricity resumed again shortly. Of course, I had to try and touch the stone exactly where he touched it still believing he had touched an on/off switch. How silly am I to think there is a switch that controls all the electricity for the store on a fountain? Nothing happened, of course.

I see now that these random incidences of Weston doing some very unusual things were preparing us for his future. I am glad I did not freak out too much and continued to pray for the strength to accept him as he was.

Messages from Weston

As “voiced” by Meg Lupin.

Today is the feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe. I mention that because if you don’t know the story, it is worth looking up and reading. The point I want to make is that everyone, even a peasant, is a child of God. I don’t usually speak like this because I don’t want to offend anyone that is not religious or doesn’t believe in God but it is important for everyone to realize that they are special! You are important in this world to help carry out plans to make the world a better place. We are all here to enhance the life of others. We are meant to spread joy and goodness. Our acts of kindness spread a lot further than just to the one person we might be helping. The time is now to step into your power by empowering others. Give them a gift of self esteem, love, and compassion. You don’t need to buy gifts. Smile at people. Call someone that you haven’t talked to in a long time. Talk to someone that a lot of people think have shunned. We have got to spread love!

One of my personal missions is spread the word that we all need to take care of ourselves in order to spread love. If you are feeling loved, it is a lot easier to spread it. How do you love yourself? Do you treat yourself with respect? Do you take care of yourself physically with exercise and eating well? Do you surround yourself with positive people? Do you help those in need? Are you speaking with someone when you are upset? These things are critical. When you have satisfied your own heart, it is easy to help others.

You deserve it!! You deserve the best. You have been chosen to be here right now in this place exactly like you are! What a beautiful gift! Look at yourself in the mirror with love and compassion. Look for the positive things about yourself. Make a gratitude list. This is the time to be grateful. Family get togethers and being alone are both polar opposites but they both can be grateful. Use them to your advantage. If you are stressed at the family functions, look for the good in everyone. Take breaks if you need them. Don’t take things seriously and definitely protect yourself energetically. Send love to all conflicts. If you are lonely, call someone. You need to take action. There are plenty of people to do things with.

This is a season of love! Love your neighbor. Love your family. Love yourself!!

Blessings for a joyous holiday season and the best new year ever! There are a lot of amazing things coming and you all will be blessed!!!

Weston

Divine Providence

This is a story that I wanted to share about a friend of mine whose son I spoke about in a past newsletter.

My friend’s son recently graduated from Princeton University. To remind all of you, this is the talented young man who Weston said would get accepted to Princeton early decision when he was a junior in high school. To my utter surprise, but not my friend as she had a lot more confidence in Weston than I did at that time, Weston was correct and her son did get accepted to Princeton.

Well upon graduation he took on the very impressive and monumental task of applying for scholarships at Cambridge University and Oxford University in England. My friend was anxious to know if he would receive any of the scholarships so she asked me to ask Weston. With some trepidation I did ask him, and he was emphatic that this boy would be accepted at Oxford and would become a Rhodes Scholar! Wow, was I scared to tell my friend as I knew how much it meant to her son, who she decided not to tell what Weston said. To my utter horror her son did not receive either scholarship. How could I have been so wrong in my questioning of Weston? His answer was so clear and consistent. After much thought, I realized that I had never put a time frame on the questioning, and it could be possible that the boy would be getting a scholarship to Oxford in the future. The possibility of him reapplying for such a rigorous scholarship (his mother estimates he spent more than 100 hours preparing his application) I thought was next to nil. Happily, the young man did receive a Fulbright scholarship and spent the last six months in Germany.

I was surprised when I spoke to my friend a few weeks ago, and her son was reapplying to Oxford. He actually was in the final selection pool and would be having his interview the next day. She had remembered what I said about the scholarship being a future acceptance, and her expectations were high for her son. The young man was applying with very capable and bright students from Harvard, Cornell, and West Point. She asked me to please ask Weston to be with her son during his interview the next day, which, of course, I said I would.

To my utter amazement, but again not to hers as she puts so much credence in what Weston says, her son was accepted as a Rhodes Scholar for 2009! My heart swells with happiness for this family as I know how deserving the young man is. I am also grateful to my friend, Mary, for reminding me that we should never lose faith and believe in the impossible.

Testimonial

I had to share this story because this is really the ultimate in “Pushy Pants.”

Weston had been talking to my sister for a long time about her abilities because Carmen has been on the “side-lines” so to speak with regards to her healing abilities. Like many others she is very gifted but the decision to dedicate her life to this work full-time is something she has not chosen at this time much to Weston’s dismay. He has told her on a number of occasions that the work is there for her if she chooses to do it. At this time she has agreed to help whenever he asks her but he has told her (and she agrees) that she is not sure she wants to “work that hard.”

I referred a client to Carmen who was having problems with negative energies. I have dubbed Carmen, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, because of her skill and fearlessness when in these situations. Her skills in this area have been invaluable to me and my family on a number of occasions, and Weston knows he can always go to his aunt Carmen when he needs her. This loving relationship he has with her does not preclude him from taking her to task as you will see in a moment.

I had just come downstairs at about 6:15 a.m. when the phone started ringing. To my surprise it was Carmen who hastily apologized for the early phone call but blamed it on Weston who she said insisted she call me now before she forgot what happened during the session she had with my friend that I referred to her. Carmen had been working a long time on the situation but was perplexed by what she was seeing. As she sat trying to figure out what to do next for her client, in comes Weston taking charge of the situation. He actually yelled at her that she needed to remember to wash with salt (something I am told removes residual energy) because she had not been doing it on a regular basis. In addition, he informed her that she needed to take a bath with salt once a month because he was going to be sending her more people. He told her he was tired of waiting for her and she needed to “get on board”, which I can only fathom means that he wants her to do this work full-time. Apparently, he was quite adamant and “pushy” with her, which she thankfully takes in stride. The good news, as you will see from the testimonial below from Carmen, is that she also experiences him at other times in which it is easier to see that he does what he does from love.

Here is a recent testimonial I received from my sister, Carmen, regarding the newsletter.

Wow. For the very first time, Weston's newsletter really reached out to me and I felt his words (and those of Ann and Denise) in my heart. So many times all I hear when I read such things (on webpages, invites, and advertisements) is what I call "new age gibberish" but somehow, this time, his words had great meaning for me. He is such a dear and joyful soul with an infinite capacity to love. We are blessed to be so close to him.
